Aiming to win the consultants’ Champions League.

25 percent increase in commitment to the company’s strategy.
The field of professional services truly depends on its people power. It’s about keeping and attracting outstanding brains and make sure they cooperate in a way that creates client value. When Capgemini launched its new strategy, they knew success depended on everyone understanding the new strategy, both as individual employees and as teams. The global group CEO communicated the strategy using a football metaphor in which the goal for Capgemini was to win the consultants’ Champions League. The theme for the movement we created was therefore easy to decide; the Capgemini Champions League Game.
In the movement, the teams of consultants tackled different challenges. Several of them were directly linked to Capgemini’s HR processes. The consultants’ appraisals, feedback on team level from the employee survey, updating of resumes, and recruitment of new employees were part of the movement. The results included a 25 percent increase in commitment to the company’s strategy.
