Sustainable living and outstanding customer service.

With new demands from customers, especially regarding sustainability, a need arose to involve all employees in a dialogue on how to shape, develop and manage the real estate and housing of the future.

We engaged Riksbyggen’s 2 300 employees in a movement about how to find new ways to build and take care of real estate that is good for people, the environment and the economy as well. The aim was to investigate how everyone can contribute to create genuinely good business for both Riksbyggen and the company’s customers, looking into sustainable living, how to create outstanding customer service, understanding the business and how to make it profitable and all the benefits with of a long term relationship with Riksbyggen.
